Nowadays, lots of garage spaces are used for storage. This customer in Bolton wanted an upgrade to their old and tired looking Timber Up & Over Garage Door to a Garage Door that made the most of space inside the garage and was secure. Up & Over Garage Doors have tracks that protrude into the garage space - not ideal when you want the maximum storage space!

Oxley suggested a Side Hinged Garage Door. Brilliant for quick and easy access on foot by opening one leaf and the doors open outwards meaning the Garage Door does not impede on any space inside the garage - the perfect space saving solution!

We fitted a Standard Ribbed Vertical Insulated Side Hinged Garage Door finished in black with frosted mock-leaded effect windows to allow natural light to enter the garage whilst stopping passersby seeing what's stored inside. The door was also fitted with a high security lock to make sure contents were kept secure.
