Equally suited to commercial, retail, leisure, public, transport and residential applications, this “go anywhere” doorset blends durability and strength with a neat design that integrates perfectly with the opening for a flush frame to wall finish.
Fixing to brickwork, concrete, light single plank wall and aerated concrete excellent hardware, glazing and louvre options further extend the versatility of this truly versatile steel door.

45mm thick and double skinned in 1.0mm galvanised sheet steel, a bonded honeycomb core provides strength and rigidity eliminating flex and distortion under load in the operating cycle.
Reinforcing channels and pads provide further rigidity to the leaf and strengthening at the fixing locations for hinges, closers, handles and other hardware.
The standard 121mm double rebate frame is constructed from 1.5mm galvanised steel section with tab and slot fixed butt jointed header for a flush continuous interface with the wall surface. Reinforcing is positioned to suit hinge and closer fixing points.
Pre-drilled holes for latch and bolt are available with or without strike plates. Seals to the frame uprights and header provide smoke protection (to BS 5588) and quiet closing.
The standard configuration is without threshold however an aluminium threshold with bulb seal is available for single and double steel doorsets.
All doors and frames are galvanised and powder coated in grey primer. Doors can be finished to any single BS or RAL colour.
