What happens if there is something wrong with my product?

All of our shutters go through a stringent quality control process before they are despatched to you. In the event that your shutter develops a fault, we will act quickly to assess the issue and identify what is required to rectify the fault. Possible charges may apply.

What happens if there is a problem with the product when it is delivered?

All of our roller shutters go through vigorous quality control procedures. However, in the unlikely event that you do encounter a problem simply contact us, or email enquiries@oxleydoors.co.uk, or phone (0800 0787979) and we will be happy to assist you.

What happens if I change my mind?

After your order has been placed you have 24 hours to cancel or change the order. From then it will depend how far the order has progressed as to what can be changed.
